"I am a work in progress".
I take that statement very seriously. I am always seeking out, and working towards, another personal goal.
I'm also one of those people who believes I can do just about anything as long as I put in enough research, time, and energy.

One thing that people never expect from me is my sense of humor--it's pretty well developed and knows no boundaries--dry, slapstick, sarcastic--you name it.

I grew up in the suburbs outside of Chicago with one younger brother. My father was from England, my mother from outside Philadelphia. Both of my parents are deceased.
My brother lives in Princeton, New Jersey.
I am recently married, and live with my husband Charlie in a great old co-op in Chicago.

I was a competitive figure skater until I grew too tall, 5'8", by the end of high school. I now volunteer as a figure skating judge (hence, fsk8ing_judge) for the United States Figure Skating Association.

Although my undergraduate, and the first of my graduate degrees are in psychology, my real passion is technology. I received an additional advanced degree in Computer Sciences.
Don't be impressed--I have a near photographic memory which made school pretty darn easy at times.
I now work for a major U.S. bank within their tech division.
